Gamma Kappa Pi

As long as the stars shine bright in the sky, my heart belongs to Gamma Kappa Pi

Welcome to Gamma Kappa Pi at the University of Tennessee at Martin

The purpose of Gamma Kappa Pi is not to be just a “social club” defined by parties, but a social organization in the broader sense of the word: helping members develop positive relationships and skills through friendship, academics, personal development, and service to others. We want to be a group that the community can call on at any moment and know that we will be at their service. We will focus on developing ourselves as strong prominent women who will be able to stand up for their own beliefs and who will know that they are beautiful no matter the circumstances.

The founders of Gamma Kappa Pi were Erin McKee, Karli Montgomery, and Casey Noles. The three founding members of Gamma Kappa Pi had a vision of a group of women of all kinds who support one another with love, kindness, and encouragement through self-expression, spirituality, uniqueness and intelligence. On April 25, 2001, Gamma Kappa Pi was established on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Martin during the founders’ sophomore year. The visions of the three founding women proceeded to form Gamma Kappa Pi as we know it today.
