Shelby "Creepa" Hopkins: President
"(I joined because) my best friend left me, and I was all alone. I knew a couple of the sisters, and they were really nice, so I decided it was a great opportunity to get to know new people. Come to find out, these girls were AMAZING! I love each and every one of them!"
Creepa was born on October 15, 1987. Her hometown is Memphis, Tennessee. She is an English major, and she plans to graduate in the Fall of 2010. She pledged in the Spring of 2008 and has been an active member of the sorority for one year. She currently holds and held the office of New Member Coordinator in the Fall of 2008. Her hobbies include music, art, reading, writing, dancing, and creepin'. She also loves food and Shakespheare. She served as New Member Coordinator in the Fall 08 and Spring 09 Executive Council. Her favorite things in life would be her family and friends. She loves anything covered with owls or the color yellow. She also has an awesome boyfriend that keeps her laughing and smiling! She loves classic rock music and Romantic period artwork. She enjoys reading all sorts of writings and one of her favorite authors would have to be Edgar Allan Poe. When she graduates, she plans on going to graduate school to get her Masters in Education.
Candace "Can-Dance" Mathis: Sergeant- At- Arms
"(I joined the sorority because) I was asked by a sister, Lacey, when I first transferred to UTM. I didn't want to be in any Greek thing, but GKPi is SOOOOO much different from anything I have ever seen. I love it and wouldn't change it for the world."
Can-Dance was born on February 26, 1988. Her hometown is Pottsville, Kentucky, and she is a Graphic Design major. She plans to graduate in the Spring of 2010. She pledged in the Spring of 2008 and has been an active member of the sorority for one year. Her hobbies include art (perferably graphic design art), music, driving, tennis, and writing. She served as New Member Coordinator for the Fall 08 and Spring 09 Executive Council.
Jill "Pop-Tart" Schmittou: Treasurer
"I joined Gamma Kappa Pi because after meeting the wonderful sisters, I felt like it would be the right thing to do. When I first came to UTM, I was miserable, and once I joined, it made me want to stay. It was the best decision I have ever made."
Pop-Tart was born on May 31, 1987. Her hometown is Bartlett, Tennessee, and she is a Organismal Biology major. She plans to graduate in the Spring of 2010. She pledged in the Spring of 2008 and has been active in the sorority for one year. Her hobbies include hanging out with friends, shopping, and doing random fun activities. She also loves Tweety, her family, friends, and her dog Daisey. She served as Sergeant- at - Arms during the Fall 08 and Spring 09 Executive Council.
Rosa "Spicy" Jaramillo: New Member Coordinator

Spicy was born on November 21st, 1988. Her hometown is Coopertown, Tennessee. She is a Biology major, and she is minoring in Spanish. She plans to graduate in the Spring of 2011. She pledged in the Fall of 2008 and has been an active member of GKPi for one year. Her hobbies include playing games, listening to music, and shopping. She currently serves as New Memeber Coordinator.
Amanda "A-Hun" Hunley: Secretary

A-Hun was born on August 30th , 1990. Her Major is Special Education. Her hometown is Jackson, TN. Her hobbies include watching musicals, doing dramas with her Youth Group, 4H Activities, spending time with her family and pets.

Marjorie "Marjie" Pess
my name is Marjorie my sisters gave me the name Margie or Marge. I was born February 26,1988. I pledged in Spring 2008. I’m a Junior at Martin. My major is studio art and I’m from Franklin,TN. I want to own an art business one day and be a 4-H extension agent. I plan to graduate in fall 2011 and possibly attend Graduate school in Knoxville. My hobbies include: crafting, sewing, painting, scrapbooking, having fun, hanging with friends , also sometimes I try to do 4-H activities wherever I can and I pretty much like to do anything that seems fun.
Leslie Latham
My major is Companion Animal Science. I like to play video games and read. I also like to build things and figure out how they work. I love animals and I have many pets because of that. I also like to help people whenever I can. My favorite colors are blue and green and I love coffee and hot tea!
Tachiana "Pj" Pitts
My major is Biology and I plan to go to Medical School after I graduate. I will graduate in 2013. I like to knit during my spare time and I also am a part of the Student Government Association.
Misty Dunlap
My name is Misty Dunlap. I am a proud English major with a minor in Philosophy, which just means I over analyze everything. I was born November 3rd, 1987 in Jacksonville Florida, but the majority of my childhood was spent right here in West Tennessee. I plan to graduate in Fall of 2010, and then it's on to grad school for a creative writing degree. If I had my way, I wish I could just get paid for writing poetry and short stories all day. I pledged with the class of Fall 2009 and love all my fellow pledges (and all the other girls,too!). I'm quirky. I give hugs. My favorite thing in the world is pillows. My vegetarian lifestyle is one of the best decisions I ever made. I like movies with an indie feel or ones that are action packed and still have a plot, too. I am pretty eclectic when it comes to music, so feel free to tell me about the bands you like. I have a weakness for candy orange slices. I believe that people are ultimately good, and I am proud to wear my Gamma Kappa Pi letters.
Kristina Butrum
My name is Kristina Nichole Butrum. I'm the oldest child of two for my dad and four for my mom. My parents divorced when I was six and my dad remarried. I'm from Lebanon, Tennessee. I graduated from Lebanon High School on June 5, 2009. My major is Pre-k through 3 education. I am the youngest of my pledge class (as is my Big Sis!). My big sister is Amanda Hunley :). I love my Gamma Kappa Pi sisters! My favorite color is blue. I read a lot of books. I love music (except country). I was in band for eight years where I played the flute and piccolo. I have a lot of friends, but they aren't exacly "close" friends. I find it hard for me to open up to people. I am a very shy person when I don't know you, but after I can be loud and obnoxious. I will always be me no matter who wants me to change or how bad they want me to. It won't ever happen. :) I think that no matter what happens in life, God will be there for me and He will see me through it.
Lauren Drum
My full name is Jessica Lauren Drum, but I go by Lauren. I'm an Animal Science: Science major, which is just a fancy way of saying "the 4 year track to go to Vet School." I've always had a strong affinity for animals, especially household pets like cats and dogs. Right now I have four cats and two dogs at home in Arlington, TN and four fish up at school with me. I'm optimistic and big on supporting my friends, very loyal after I decide I trust someone, and try to avoid becomming the center of attention, although joining Gamma Kappa Pi has opened me up alot. I like all kinds of music, food, and movies and my favorite color is chocolate brown. I have an older sister and a little brother, both of which I've grown much closer to since leaving for college, but since I was in the middle of both of them its not surprising since i used to fight with both of them. I love being outdoors (minus the bugs) and I'm about to take Backpacking and Geocaching for the second time Spring 2010 and I'm on the Livestock Judging Team. I'm also really competitive when it comes to sports, especially softball, which I have been playing since I was 4, but I try to turn it in to a supportive attitude.
Raechel "Rach" Inbody

Rach was born on October 6th, 1988. Her major is Communications with a focus on Broadcasting. She expects to graduate in 2011. Her family has moved around since they have been with the armed services, her most recent town is Clarksville, TN. She pledged in the Spring 2008 and she has been active for 1 year. Her hobbies include music, taking pictures, talking to friends and family, going shopping, hanging with friends and sisters. She also likes to read, write, scrapbook, and loves to use Picnik.
Patricia "Fozzy" Hernandez

Pizzaslice was born on February 11th, 1987. Her major is Geography with a concentration in GIS and Travel and Tourism. She expects to graduate in the Spring 2010. Her hometown is Havana, Cuba but her family currently resides in Franklin, TN and Miami, FL. She pledged the Spring of 2009. Her hobbies include writing music, shopping in Cool Springs, hanging out with her peepz in Nashvegas.

My Name is Robyn Hayes and I was born on May 2 , 1990. My hometown is Goodlettsville, TN, which is ten minutes north of Nashville. I am the youngest of three girls. Some of my hobbies include shopping, spending time around children, hanging out with my friends and family, and playing sports. My major is Family Consumer Science Education with a concentration in Child Family Studies. I plan to graduate in Fall 2012 and shortly after find a career as a teacher in a high school.
